The “Piossasco-Venaus” 380 kV power transmission line

Replacement of conductors and armaments on a 13.0 km section of the 380 kV Piossasco – Torino line (T. 398), from the Venaus EPS dead-end-tower to pylon no. 32. We fitted a dual-conductor bundle per phase on the simple three-phase power line section in question. The conductor employed was TERNA-approved 29.3 mm diameter high-temperature ZTACIR.
